Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes it's necessary to cancel an appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.  This fee will be determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation and will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the  appointment service. This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

We value your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.  It allows us to manage our resources effectively and maintain the quality of service for all our clients.
